Delivery Times

We ship our products via registered courier. Typically they arrive anywhere in Continental U.S. or Canada within 10 to 15 working days, ground service. Delivery to other parts of the U.S. and Europe within 15 to 21 working days as well, also ground service. Please contact us directly for the exact times and for delivery to other parts of the world. We also offer Express Shipping. The shipping process is as follows:

• Your order is received and registered, shipment is confirmed. Your credit card is charged before shipping.
• Products in stock must be specially packaged to ensure they arrive at your doorstep undamaged.
• Special customs packing slips are prepared where treaty agreements exist to reduce or eliminate import duties. This is an immediate benefit to you, our customer, reducing or eliminating ancillary expenses.
• Shipments made after 13:00 our time are effectively delayed 24 hours due to pick-up and cut-off times.
• Depending on your location, delivery is guaranteed within 10 to 15 working days after pickup, as long as our carriers provide the shipping.
• Please keep in mind that colors may be seen different in screen to the actual product due to monitor configuration or other unspecified reasons.
  

Inventory In or Out of Stock

While we do maintain broad levels of inventory for popular items, due to the nature of the handcraft industry, or the demand on the product and other acts of Nature, we may not always have the specific item you are looking for in stock. In such cases we have to order it and this may also mean that the artisan who supplies us with the item could have to make a new one for you if he or she does not have any in stock either. This can take anywhere from 15 to 21 days because it is not always dependent on us.

Alternative Methods of Payment

Occasionally we are asked if there is any other method of payment besides by credit card over the Internet. Sometimes a customer does not have a credit card so Money transfers to bank account are also accepted.
